How long does shipping take for large gym equipment?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size of the equipment, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Does Merach equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, all Merach products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for fitness machines?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply for non-quality related returns.
Can I connect my Merach equipment to third-party apps?
Many of our smart models are compatible with popular apps like Kinomap and Zwift via Bluetooth, in addition to our proprietary Merach app for personalized training.
