Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the machine carefully and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger fitness units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
